We are a small family concern offering a selection of enchanting holiday cottages on the beautiful Helford River. Well appointed and personally supervised, the cottages sleep from 2-9 people. Most are either 4 star or 3 star ETC rated.
Laloma, Helford: sleeps Six. ETC 3 star.

This charming picturesque thatched cottage has wonderful views down the river from most rooms. Full of character, it has been most attractively renovated whilst still retaining old stripped pine panelling, open beams and a huge inglenook fireplace. Telephone for incoming calls. Night storage heaters.
The designer kitchen:- has a built-in ceramic hob, oven, washer/drier, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The spacious living-room is very comfortably furnished, with colour television and a woodburner.
Two double bedrooms:- and a twin bedroom, all with linen included but not towels, have delightful views from under the eaves and there is a pretty bathroom on the half-landing with bath with overhead shower attachment, basin and loo.
Outside:- There is a patio area with garden furniture adjoins the cottage, with lawns on a higher level - not fenced in for tinies! - offering wonderful river views. There is private parking for two cars. Dogs are not accepted.
Bridge Cottage, Helford: sleeps two to three. ETC 3 star.

A charming old cottage overlooking the head of the creek, pleasantly furnished with an open-plan living-room with a night storage heater, phone for incoming calls, colour television/video.
Shaker style fitted kitchen:- with built-in cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and washer/drier.
Double and single bedroom:- and shower room
with loo and basin. Car parking and a sunny creekside patio with garden
furniture All linen and towels are provided, and electricity is included from
mid-May to mid-September, also night storage heating early and late season. A
dog is occasionally accepted.
Rose Cottage, Helford: sleeps four. ETC 4 star.

A romantic cottage in a quiet secluded corner of the village with views of the river from upstairs. Newly refurbished but retaining an abundance of charm and character and with full central heating.
The attractive living room:- has a large inglenook fireplace with a wood-burner, colour TV and video and dining area at one end.
The slate floored kitchen:- is newly equipped with a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and electric cooker; a rear lobby adjoins the useful utility room/cloakroom housing the central heating boiler, washing machine and dryer.
Halvose and West View, Helford: both sleep four with two bathrooms. ETC 4 star.

2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:- in each with linen provided. Off peak electricity is included, normal electricity by meter reading. There is car parking for 2/3 cars. No pets and no smoking
The Cottage, Helford: sleeps six. ETC 3 star.

This delightfully refurbished, detached cottage is tucked away in a quiet, secluded corner of Helford Village with views of the river from most rooms. It is a very well equipped, centrally heated, cottage with a good kitchen, including dishwasher, microwave and small breakfast bar overlooking the river, single bedroom/bunk room and an attractive comfortable living/dining room featuring a stone fireplace with a woodburner and colour television, video and hi-fi system.
Upstairs:- is an appealing crisp bathroom with bath, overhead shower, basin, bidet and loo, double bedroom with stunning river view, a walk-thro' single or twin bedroom to a spacious main bedroom with 6' bed. There is a sheltered sun trap patio with garden furniture and a useful utility room housing a freezer, washer, dryer, 2nd loo and basin. Parking available a few yards beyond the cottage. Duvets and linen (but not towels) are provided. Hot water is included (and central heating in cooler months) electricity charged by meter reading. Telephone connected for incoming calls. Dogs/pets are not accepted. No smoking.
Information
Most have Central Heating, log fires, some with an Aga, garden and water views. Good eating in nearby thatched pubs. Particularly attractive early and late season at reduced rates.

Ideal for sailing, walking or a relaxing retreat.

Cornwall has many spectacular gardens: the lost gardens of Heligan, the very local Glendurgan and Trebah and of course the Eden Project.
