 Munro Place Aviemore is set at the foot of the Cairngorm Mountains, right in the heart of the Spey Valley in the Cairngorm National Park.

 Munro Place is situated at the North end of Aviemore and is located near to the Dalfaber Golf and Country Club which is only a 5 minute walk.

The property is a modern, well maintained and furnished property ideally suited for families of four or even couples who need spacious holiday accommodation for a weekend getaway.

Accommodation

It is a freshly decorated bungalow and furnished in a modern style with all comforts to compliment your holiday.

Lounge and Dining Area:-  The large comfortable lounge has a 3 seater sofa, a full sized double sofa bed and a separate dining area. It has a 28' flat widescreen television with full sky package, DVD and video player, and a midi Hi-fi system.

Kitchen:- The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an integrated oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and microwave. All cooking utensils and crockery are provided. The back door from the kitchen leads to the large garden where there is a washing line. The garden has patio furniture and a barbecue.

Bathroom:- The bathroom has a W.C., wash basin, bath with fitted shower taps, separate shower cubicle and a shaverpoint.

Bedrooms:- The bungalow has three bedrooms, a double room and two twin rooms. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, which provide ample space for clothing. The double room has bedside tables, lamps and a chest of drawers. Both twin rooms have a set of drawers and a portable colour television/video. All bed linen and towels are  supplied. A travel cot and high chair are also available.

Aviemore

Aviemore town centre is only a 10 minute walk and offers a good selection of craft shops, local produce shops and a supermarket. There are also a wide variety of restaurants and bars to suit all.

Activities

Golf:-  There are five 18-hole and two 9-hole golf courses set within a 15-mile radius of Aviemore including Boat of Garten designed by James Baird, Newtonmore, Grantown-on-Spey and Kingussie. These courses are suitable for all standards of golfers.

Walking:-  There are a number of specifically built walks on lower ground, which require little or no experience. Longer routes and routes up the mountains require proper equipment, experience and preparation. A trained guide can arrange organised walks. In May there is the Aviemore walking festival. The Speyside Way takes you from Ballindalloch to Aviemore.

Fishing:- The River Spey, River Don and the River Dee are three of the finest salmon rivers in Scotland. Natural and stocked lochs and fisheries are also available in the area.

How to get there

Take the A9 Perth to Inverness and take the turn off for Aviemore B9152. Travel through Aviemore town centre to the North end and take first right into Dalfaber Drive.

Take first left and then 3rd left into Munro Place, Tulloch development. No 20 is situated at the top left hand corner.
