The Old Coach House is a charming detached stone cottage in quiet setting with superb views of surrounding countryside close to all local amenities, whilst within walking distance of Pitlochry the famous old Victorian town.

Pitlochry is famous for its stunning mountain scenery and tranquil lochs. Visit Pitlochry dam and fish ladder, queens view Strath tummel, dry slope skiing at Kinnloch Rannoch, many distilleries and castles, stunning day trips to Glencoe, Balmoral, Loch ness, Inverness and Fort William

Bedrooms

Two comfortably furnished bedrooms both with magnificent views through large skylight picture windows, both rooms with beamed ceilings.

 Each bedroom is beautifully furnished with Victorian Bedsteads, bedside cabinets, tiffany lamps, radio/alarm clock, mirrored wardrobes, TV/DVD Player, dressing table.

Sitting/Dining Room

The sitting/Dining Room is a very comfortable room with beamed ceiling – luxuriously fitted with leather corner suite, flat-screen TV, DVD Player & Surround Sound System.  Electric Stove & Gas Central Heating.  There is also a library of DVD’s/CD’s for your enjoyment.  Drop-leaf dining table is located in front of the French Doors which give magnificent mountain views.

Kitchen

The kitchen is excellently equipped for your needs includes Fridge, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker, Sandwich Toaster, Wok, luxury wooden chopping trolley, electric hob & oven.  Freezer, Washer/Dryer are located in the outside building.

Bathroom

Bathroom has white suite with power shower over bath, towel hire/linen included.The Old Coach House. Pitlochry.

Garden

Large enclosed garden with patio area, outdoor furniture including wooden swinging hammock and brick-built barbecue.  Old-fashioned lamp-posts line the drive which will take 3 cars, large wooden gates at end of the driveway.

The cottage is pet friendly by prior arrangement only. Well behaved dogs are welcome at a surcharge to cover extra cleaning. Owners are kindly asked to keep their pets under control at all times.

About the area

Pitlochry is the tourist centre of Highland Perthshire and is a  beautiful victorian town nestling in the Highlands amongst some of the most beautiful scenery in Europe. It is a popular holiday resort for over a hundred years and provides a stunning sight for those approaching the town from the south. Famous for its Festival Theatre and woollen shops. Within half hours drive north lies the dramatic Pass of Killiecrankie scene of the famous battle with a visitor centre operated by the National Trust for Scotland and the falls of bruar near blair atholl.

Walking, mountain biking, fishing, white water rafting, boating are all on your doorstep to mention a few.
