3 beautiful Highland holiday cottages with wonderful views south over Loch Sunart to the hills of Morvern.
Kilcamb Cottages
are situated on the Ardnamurchan peninsula, which is
reached by taking the Corran Ferry from Nether Lochaber to Ardgour, and are
among the most picturesque self-catering highland holiday cottages in Scotland.
The nearest town is Fort William, approximately 8 miles north of Nether
Lochaber.
Set in 8 acres of landscaped and woodland grounds where red deer, roe deer, pine
martens and a huge variety of birds are frequent visitors.
The Highland holiday cottages are situated on the edge of the charming highland village of Strontian with its hotels, pub, shops, post office, tourist office and lovely woodland walks. For those who enjoy eating out there is a choice of local bistros and restaurants in the village and surrounding area.
The grounds include a private slipway which can be used by arrangement, and guests at the highland holiday cottages may borrow an inflatable dingy or Canadian canoe. They may even join us on the fishing boat to catch prawns or squat lobsters in the loch.
The Cottages
Each of the highland holiday cottages is fully equipped
and furnished, including towels, bedding, crockery, glassware, cookware,
utensils and hairdryers. There are also bicycles and a gas barbecue available
for guests to use. Indeed, the facilities and equipment surpass those of most
other highland holiday cottages.
