This charming spacious and well-equipped, 4 bed bungalow is situated in a quiet and private road with  spectacular views across Abersoch golf course and St Tudwals Island over Cardigan Bay to the Snowdon range. Abersoch village shops, restaurants, pubs, main beach and golf course are all within 15 minutes walk away.

Bedrooms

2 double-bed, 1 twin (WC & shower en suite) and 1 single.

Living/Dining Room 

Very spacious living-dining room, has an open fire, TVs, video, games, stereo etc.

Separate WC and bathroom, 

Kitchen

The kitchen is well equipped with Aga, pantries electric cooker, fridge-freezer and a microwave. There is also a utility room with washing machine and tumble drier.

Garden

The terrace has garden furniture and a barbeque. Mature garden with secure gate.

Parking is available for up to 4 cars.

High Chair and a Travel Cot are available. 

Bed Linen is available by arrangement.

Electricity is included in price from March to October - charged as an extra at all other times.

Pets by arrangement only.

Non smokers preferred.

Changeovers are on Fridays.

Available weeks all year round.

Short breaks from November to March by arrangement.

About Abersoch

Abersoch is the hub of the Lleyn Peninsula. Often known as the Welsh Riviera, the area offers beach holidays, golfing, and the best sailing waters for the water sports enthusiasts.

There are miles of sandy beaches within easy reach, with excellent facilities for dinghies and cruising yachts, water-skiers, wake boarders and surfers.

Abersoch has its own golf course, a fine links course with some parkland holes.

There are also good courses at Pwllheli, Nefyn, Harlech.
