Pant-Teg is set high above the Teifi Valley, on the lower slopes of the Cambrian Mountains, between Tregaron and Lampeter. Mid Wales has gentle mountains and unspoilt coastline.

Pant-Teg (fair hollow), dating from about 1850 and originally a hill farm, rests in 4 acres of peaceful gardens, and magnificent views over the valley. The gardens are suited to wildlife, full of beautiful and unusual shrubs and flowers, and the ponds awash with lilies and various water loving plants and grasses.
Many nesting boxes have been placed around the grounds and birds abound in our fields and hedgerows. The rare Red Kite and resident Buzzards can be seen gliding on the thermals above us and you might catch a glimpse of the beautiful white Barn Owl.
Pant-Teg is an ideal base to relax and enjoy the peaceful tranquility of the
countryside and yet within easy driving distance, along peaceful scenic country
lanes, of the many attractions the surrounding area has to offer. For our more
energetic guests, who enjoy outdoor pursuits, we have a dry-room, hosepipes and
safe storage for bikes, rods etc.
