Trelispen Caravan and Camping Park is AA, RAC and Camping Club listed and in the Guide European
The park makes an ideal centre for touring Cornwall, with easy access to the Lost Gardens of Heligan (3 miles) and the Eden Project ( 14 miles ).
The site is set in beautiful Cornish countryside and close to the sea. There are several safe sandy beaches within a mile of the site.
The Park is sent in about one and a half acres, and is level and well drained, screened by shrub and Cornish Hedges. Though comparatively high - 330 feet above sea level, the site is well sheltered and is surrounded by farm land. There is good access from the main Gorran Haven road and a tarmacadam entrance road within the site.
We have pitches for 40 tents and up to 10 caravans. Dormobiles and motor caravans are also welcome.
The toilet block is modern and clean and there is free hot water to basins and showers. The laundry room is equipped with washing machine and tumble drier, sink for washing dishes and deep freeze. There are electric hook-ups for caravans. Shops for necessaries are available at nearby, Gorran Churchtown and Gorran Haven.
The site is a quiet one without a club house though there are pubs at Gorran, Gorran Haven and Portmellon. Under the same ownership is a private nature reserve which campers can visit by arrangement.
Fishing and boating facilities are available at nearby Gorran Haven (three-quarters of a mile), and Mevagissey (2½ miles).
Trelispen Caravan and Camping Park is a popular site and people return year after year. For exact details contact the manager. Bookings are not normally taken though deposits (non-returnable) can reserve pitches.
The site opens on 1st April or Good Friday (whichever is earlier) and closes on 31st October.
